THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have a valid New Jersey Commercial Driver’s License with
  Tanker and Air Brake endorsements.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to use a measuring tape and read and use simple plans.
• Must be able to read electrical meters, flow meters, etc.
• Must be able to submit written and oral reports.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires good eye/hand/foot coordination, strength, endurance and
  agility to permit the individual to perform strenuous tasks safely under
  adverse conditions for prolonged periods.
• Requires visual acuity of 20/30 or better in each eye, color vision,
  depth perception and night vision.
• Requires auditory acuity to receive verbal orders and near machinery
  malfunctions.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Verbal and reasoning ability to read, understand, and comply with
  written and verbal instructions.
• Emotional temperament to show initiative while taking orders well and
  working well as a member of a team.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Franklin Township Sewerage Authority (“the Authority”) shall hold a public hearing on proposed adjustments to its user rate charge rate schedule(s) on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The Authority will conduct an Electronic/Audio Public Meeting in lieu of its in-person regular Public Meeting previously advertised. Participants shall use the same log-in features to access this Hearing as it would to view the overall meeting. Members of the public may access the meeting and call in any questions or comment during the portion of the meeting reserved for public comments. The Authority shall provide evidence at the hearing showing that the proposed adjustments are necessary and reasonable and shall provide the opportunity for cross-examination of such evidence. A transcript of the hearing shall be made and a copy thereof shall be available upon request to any interested party upon payment of a reasonable fee.

In calculating the service charge the Authority shall comply with the terms of its contract(s) and shall be such that the revenues of the Authority will at all times be adequate to pay all expenses of operation and maintenance of the sewerage system.

Any person wishing to comment on the evidence pertaining to the proposed user rate charge shall be entitled to be heard at the hearing.

A copy of the meeting agenda and proposed Rate Schedule will be published on the Franklin Township Sewerage Authority website, www.ftsa-nj.org.

This will be in effect until further notice.

2. Pay by your bank bill payment application [NO FEE]
3. Pay Online at www.ftsa-nj.org – $3.95 fee*
4. Pay by phone at 1 (844) 233-6149 – $4.90 fee*
5. Drop payment in mail slot (NO ACCESS TO BUILDING) If you would like a receipt please make it known on the envelope that will be provided.

   2. Cash – Any change will be rolled over to the next available quarter.

Please take notice that the Township of Franklin Sewerage Authority will hold a Hearing on the Rates, Rules and Regulations during their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 which will begin at 6:30 pm. The Meeting will be held at the Sewerage Authority offices located at 70 Commerce Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873. At this time changes to the Rates, Rules and Regulations will be revised.
